A previous party our friend hosted had delicious and beautiful food that we loved. We love seafood and they had one of the best Ceviche’s we ever tasted and freshest oysters, not to mention the best ever flan in the World! We met Chef Chuey at the event as he was serving the guests. He and his Event manager had excellent service skills. We took a card and hired them for a private event we did, as expected our guests were blown away by the taste of the food and excellence in service. We highly recommend Paradise Creations SD Catering!

This was simply a gastronomic dream. Classic dishes became the Chef's own. The freshness and quality of the ingredients outstanding. Oyster were not only fresh but the taste and texture were the best I've had. For closing it's hard to say, but his flan is incomparable. Chef Chuey has my highest recommendation.
